Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Thank you for considering PM Culinary Studio for your event. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, quotations and services provided by PM Culinary Studio.
By confirming a booking or making any payment, you agree to be bound by the terms stated below.
PM Culinary Studio may hold your event on a tentative basis until written confirmation is received. If a signed agreement and the applicable advance are not received within 2 days of confirmation, the booking may be released without further notice.
The agreement must be signed within 7 days from the confirmation date.
All food and beverages including mineral water, soft drinks and juices must be purchased from PM Culinary Studio. No outside food or beverage is permitted.
Liquor service, if any, is not provided by PM Culinary Studio.
All pricing is based on a minimum guaranteed number of guests. If actual attendance is lower than the confirmed number, billing will be based on the guarantee.
Final guest count must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event.
All rates are exclusive of applicable GST, service charges and government taxes. Any change in government policies or tax laws applicable on the event date will be charged accordingly.
If event dates, purpose, or major details change after signing, PM Culinary Studio reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit advances received.
Audio visual equipment can be arranged at additional cost. DJs, bands and performances require all legal licenses.
Music volume must not exceed 80 dB. Outdoor music is allowed until 10:00 PM and indoor until 10:30 PM.
Decor services can be arranged through PM Culinary Studio or approved vendors. External decorators require prior approval and must follow venue safety rules.
PM Culinary Studio is not responsible for loss or damage to guest belongings. Any damage to property or equipment caused by guests or external vendors will be charged to the host.
All balance payments must be settled immediately after the event. Any additional operational costs due to overrun will be charged to the host.
The host is responsible for obtaining all necessary music, performance, police, and electrical licenses required for the event.
PM Culinary Studio shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond control.
75% of the contracted value will be charged after confirmation. 100% will be charged if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
A 5% refundable security deposit will be collected to cover incidentals and refunded after adjustments post event.
These terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
